The session will address the choice of hospice and/or palliative care for serious illness, as well as making the choices for medical care that match your values throughout your life. 

Class instructor, Jenni Levy, MD, FAACH, is board-certified in internal medicine and palliative care. She is a fellow of the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare and has 30 years of experience, including a decade as medical director of a non-profit hospice. She has special training in relationship-centered communication, motivational interviewing and end-of-life communication. ​
