The spread of the coronavirus is having significant implications on life in the U.S., across the globe and in our own community. While it is still too early to determine what the long-term impact will be, we know that the most vulnerable in our community will be the hardest hit. In addition, we are looking at both short and long-term needs for our agencies, various engagement programs and beyond.

Federations were made for times like these. In crisis, we are the safety net and the support system that sustains Jewish communal life.

Please support our Coronavirus Emergency Fund. Every dollar raised will be allocated by an independent committee of volunteers and go into the community immediately.

President's Message

Federation President Gary Fromer wanted to send this message to our community

Your donation will help ...

  • Provide a safety net for the most vulnerable in our community who may now be facing increased hardship
  • Address emergency needs at our local agencies that may arise from extended closures
  • Ensure that Jewish life in the Lehigh Valley remains vibrant and strong long after this crisis passes

"At this critical time, we all are witnessing the need to help our local agencies and their constituents to survive. Please join us in donating generously to this contingency fund. Anything you can give is very much appreciated. Good luck getting through this ongoing crisis. Please help others."
