HISTORY

CONGREGATION BNAI SHALOM HAS SERVED THE EASTON JEWISH COMMUNITY SINCE 1839.

The early history of Easton synagogues Bnai Abraham and Temple Covenant of Peace is, in large part, also the history of the eastern European immigrants who settled in the Easton area in the late 19th century. These neighboring synagogues have merged as of August 1, 2020 and are now Congregation Bnai Shalom.
