Robert Stephen Kritzer
(May 30, 1940 - December 21, 2025)

Robert Stephen Kritzer, 85, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025. He and his loving wife, Roberta Kritzer, celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on April 10th. Born in Brooklyn, NY,  he was the son of the late Abraham and Toby Kritzer. He was also predeceased by his brother Elliot. Robert was a member of Chabad of Lehigh Valley. He attended Long Island University, became a certified public accountant, and served as the CFO of Bunzel Paper Corporation. Robert was also an accomplished musician, and his passion for music began at a very early age. He played multiple instruments, including the alto saxophone, clarinet, and flute. On July 24, 1958, his band, The Wildtones, performed the songs "Shut-ups" and "Martian Band" on the Dick Clark ABC-TV weekday-afternoon program 'American Bandstand'. He worked as a professional musician for many years after that with the Stephen Scott Music Orchestra. He also served in the Army reserves and was a musician in the Army band. 

Survivors: Robert is survived by his son Erik (Galina) and his daughters Lori Margolis (Greg), Leslie, and Lauren. Stepchildren: Lara Moretti (Tony) and Edward Schwartz (Gail). Grandchildren: Sam, Gabe, Blake, Jesse, Mia, Sarah, Michael, Annie, and Leah. 

Services: 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Hamilton Streets, Allentown, www.BKRFH.com. The service will be live-streamed on YouTube - please search "Robert Kritzer Funeral Service" during the service times. The burial will take place immediately after the service at the Mt. Ararat Cemetery, 1165 NY-109, Lindenhurst, NY 11757.

Shiva:  Shiva will be observed at the home of Mrs. Roberta Kritzer, Wednesday at 6:00 pm. 1454 Red Maple Ln. Allentown, PA
