A full community day of service that unites volunteers from across the community to raise money for the Federation's Annual Campaign and participate in mitzvah projects.

Calls will take place in two shifts: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the JCC. Breakfast and dinner will be provided and each volunteer will receive a team T-shirt.

MITZVAH PROJECT: Mitzvah Meals with Jewish Family Service

Join us in partnership with Jewish Family Service to make a difference in the community. All volunteers will receive a free Super Sunday T-shirt.

  • Prepare food for older adults

    Do you love to cook? Join us in the JCC kitchen from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. to prepare kosher meals for older adults in our community. No experience necessary. Recipes will be provided.

PJ LIBRARY: PJ Learns Sign Language

PJ Library and PJ Our Way families are invited to join in the action at 10:30 a.m. for this engaging program to kick off Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month. Sign up now.

  • Learn Sign Language

    Students from the Parkland High School Jr. NAD club for the deaf and hard of hearing will teach the children sign language

  • The Mitten String

    Learn signs to accompany the PJ book, "The Mitten String," an original Jewish folktale about a girl who knits, a deaf woman and a piece of yarn.

  • Free T-Shirts

    The first 50 kids will receive a free T-shirt featuring our brand new, pop culture-inspired Super Sunday theme.
