I want to register my child for VISIT Israel. Now what?

Congratulations on taking this step towards an Israel experience for your child.
 

• Fill out the VISIT Israel registration form and click submit. If you would prefer to fill out a paper copy, contact the Federation at 610-821-5500 or abbyt@jflv.org and one will be mailed to you.
• Print out the W-9 form. Fill it out in your child’s name with your child’s social security number.
• Your check in the amount of $300 should be made out to FIRSTRUST BANK.
• Mail or drop off your completed W-9 form and check (made out to FIRSTRUST BANK) to the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley office at 702 N. 22nd St., Allentown, PA 18104.
• Every year, deposit $300 in your child’s VISIT Israel account AND make a contribution to the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley's Annual Campaign. (You will be sent a reminder notice if you forget.)
