Join the Jewish Federation for a breakfast briefing on a comparison of Israeli Law to U.S. Constitutional law with Yonit Waldner Peleg, Israeli lawyer, law professor and legal expert on Israeli constitutional law.
 
Yonit is a resident of Kibbutz Kfar Menahem and mother of three. She holds a master's degree in law from Tel Aviv University and is a certified lawyer. She lectured at the College of Management Law School in Rishon LeZion until 2011, teaching core courses in law as well as other elective courses. Yonit has specialized in issues concerning gender equality and was appointed dean of students of the Stricks School of Law at the college.
 
From July 2011 to August 2013, Yonit and her family resided in Rockville, Maryland, where she worked at the Israeli Embassy in Washington. Presently, Yonit serves as Partnership Coordinator for the Lehigh Valley-Yoav Partnership2Gether program.
